Detailed case-taking is necessary especially focusing on mind and person specific symptoms and signs, which may take 1 to 2 hours.

Procedure:

collection of symptoms and signs, understanding the inner feelings of the patient
in order of significance (hierarchy)
to find out and establish the appropriate medication
choice of remedy according to the collection of remedy and personal characteristics
potentised remedies,
i.e. repeated crumbling/crushing with pestle and mortar, followed by dilution and succussion
remedies of mineral, plant, animal or human (nosodes) origin
